Danita is dedicated to enhancing the livelihoods of its employees and the communities it operates in by offering free training and farmer support services to promote sustainable farming practices, while also purchasing coffee at competitive prices to boost farmers' incomes.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
We live in a community where women are marginalized leaving the responsibility of raising children entirely to these women. In one of our current programs, We ensure that women are given the first priority of employment so that they can be able to earn a living and be able to provide for their children.
